A dream trip over to the beginning of the Appalachian Mountain Range then north into New England. I visited friends along the way and Donna joined me in Vermont for a week or so. We went from Vermont to Niagra Falls. Then Donna went home and Icontinued on my own.
| This was an easy trip from here and one of the shorter ones. Donna went along with me. We came back through Dallas and visited with son Geof and daughter-in-law Belinda. | ![]() |

Big Bend National Park |
My very first long trip on my first motorcycle. I went there with Roy Thomas, then the Police Chief of Fair Oaks Ranch. We ran into snow as we left for home and drove through road slush into Alpine. Rain followed us the rest of the way home. | ![]() |

| An awesome journey throughout the west. I followed the general route of Lewis and Clark up to Seattle then down the cost to Northern California. The ride home included Las Vegas and Santa Fe. | ![]() |

This was an awesome trip that took me to all the Thunderbird F-4E aircraft I knew when I was on the USAF Air Demonstration Team. I was able to write a book about the travels with pictures and such. It was an awesome Coast-to-Coast trip of nearly 8,000 miles. |

| This was my first solo trip on a motorcycle. Having taken up bike riding the previous fall and surviving the Big Bend ride in April, I felt I was ready for a longer more challenging adventure. It turned out to be a good ride with good experiences all along the way. It also gave rise to the trip documented in the Phantom Memories link above. | ![]() |

My Father's Footsteps |

This trip focused on visiting all the houses I lived in as a child up to my departure for college. I was able to find each of the houses and even visited with a couple of the families or persons who now live in these homes. When I got to the house I was born in, the resident gave me a tour.
| Brian Davis, a long time high school friend of our son, who parents are long time friends of ours was getting married. We immediately made plans to go to Vermont and spend time with many old friends and family. Took in some scenery as well. | ![]() |
